About Us

KVV began life as a passion for its founder Lee ‘Kenny’ Kendrick, back in 2018. As a result of a Christmas present from his wife Jo, Lee rekindled his love for vinyl records.

The result was an abundance of un-needed items in his collection, so Lee started selling online via Discogs.

As sales quickly escalated, a realisation that having a record shop in a back bedroom was no longer viable. KVV needed a brick-and-mortar shop. Jump to July 2020. A discussion with the owner of Dutch Courage Tattoo in Abertillery, (it helped that the owner is Lee’s Stepsister!) made it possible to move our stock into a designated area of the tattoo shop.

Since opening KVV, we have diversified our stock by adding 100% official band merch and witchy supplies (this is Jo’s domain!) to our ever-growing stock of Vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and music DVDs. We are a friendly, family-run business building a solid reputation in our community.

In Sep 2023 we will be moving to our own premises in Abertillery, (15 High St, NP13 1AG) We look forward to seeing faces old & new!
